And Dennis left Kota Kinabalu for his hometown homestay aldy. And I left alone in home, sitting at pc infront having my eye staring to the computer. But one thing shocked me. I regained fat again, this time 78 kg. Oh no!!! Gain fat? That's I don't want to get upon of. Is it due to continuous sleep or what? Some of them might say yes, some of them noded and some of them swinging his head, as if you are eating a swinging pill. LOL～
Due to the fact I gain fat, I had myself jogging again in Bukit Padang. Well, anyone might ask, Bukit Padang? Such a place Bukit for jogging? Wakao~ And in fact yes, there's a jogging track. It's A VERY VERY HUGE JOGGING TRACK. The Name Bukit Padang, yes it's a hill, but padang means field. To tell you honestly, there's no open field on that Bukit Padang. Haha.
Most of people will come to this jogging track due to the fact that it's big and enormous, estimating around 2km circumference long, covering the center which is lake. Most of jogging track you might find Playgrounds, Swings etc. In Bukit Padang, nope. What are they designed then? Okay here's the deal, this Bukit Padang, surround by lake, is designed specially for jogging and aerobics. You can't cycle here, you can't BBQ here, and you can't even bring any of your pets here for jogging purposes.
However, feeding of fish in the lake yes. Don't underestimate this lake, it's beautiful when wind blows through and in fact, this Bukit Padang got lots of mysteries in it. How do you say so? The reason lies in my research on it.
But obviously, I'm not coming here for eating those Buffets. I'm coming here for JOG JOG JOG~ You see, the gain of fat made me worried,why? Because I heard from my senior that you can't have your weight exceeding 75kg, or else you can fly that Piper thingy. OH MY!!! So, what am I waiting for? Since I have another few months to go, slim myself down as much as I can. So this Bukit Padang, I jog the entire track for 2 rounds and to tell you honestly, me, myself NEVER NEVER Expect another Excitement on one more track, that's climbing the stairs. Don't underestimate this stairs, they are high and you can't have your one go energy to pull yourself up to the top there.
